Postgraduate Study

The School of Education offers a range of postgraduate programs in the field of education and further professional and academic development.

At postgraduate levels, many units can be accessed via flexible modes of delivery (indeed, some postgraduate degrees are available on-line). For those people wishing either to begin study at tertiary level without enrolling in a degree program or to study a particular unit(s) for professional development, individual units are available through non award study.

Scholarships In 2009

APPLY NOW FOR 2009 POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS IN EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Scholarships offering fee support are available in the following areas.

Outstanding early-career teachers in their first 5 years of teaching are invited to apply for the George Cooney Scholarship in Education which covers tuition fees for the Postgraduate Certificate in Education Studies or three units in the Postgraduate Diploma in Education Studies or Master of Education.

Outstanding mid-career teachers with leadership and management responsibilities who are interested in extending their leadership capabilities are invited to apply for the Alex Mitchell Scholarship in Educational Leadership (School Education) which covers tuition fees for the Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Leadership or three units in the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership Studies or Master of Educational Leadership.
